1. Booking & Payment

  • Clients must disclose any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or special needs to ensure we provide the best care.

  • Prime Elder Care Centre is not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses that occur due to pre-existing health conditions or unforeseen circumstances during care.

 

4. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We collect and store personal and medical information securely to provide the best possible care.

  • Your information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

5. Liability & Service Limitations

  • We make every effort to provide high-quality care; however, factors beyond our control (e.g., medical emergencies, sudden health declines, or external conditions) may impact service outcomes.
