1. Services Overview

Prime Gardner offers professional lawn care, gardening, landscaping, and related outdoor maintenance services. All services are provided based on availability, property access, weather conditions, and agreed-upon terms at the time of booking.

 

2. Booking & Scheduling

Service appointments can be scheduled through our website, phone, or email.

You must provide accurate contact and property information for scheduling.

Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

3. Payments & Pricing

Prices are based on the service plan (Silver, Gold, Premium) or custom quotes.

Payments are due at the time of service or as specified in your invoice.

We accept cash, bank transfer, and secure digital payment methods.

Late payments may result in a pause of service or additional fees.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Services can be canceled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

If services are canceled after work has started, partial refunds may be issued based on the scope of completed work.

Non-refundable deposits may apply to seasonal or customized projects.

5. Property Access & Safety

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the property is accessible and safe for our team (unlocked gates, cleared pet waste, etc.).

We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing hazards, unmarked irrigation systems, or hidden obstructions.

Pets must be secured during scheduled visits.

6. Service Limitations

Certain services may be delayed or modified due to weather, seasonal conditions, or equipment limitations.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if working conditions are unsafe or if the client is in violation of agreed terms.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must disclose any relevant issues related to the property (e.g., pests, weak structures, allergies, etc.).

Any dissatisfaction must be reported within 24 hours of service so we can promptly address it.

Continuous feedback is encouraged to ensure the best experience.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, designs, images, and written materials, is the intellectual property of Prime Gardner and may not be copied or used without written permission.

 

9. Liability Disclaimer

While we take every precaution to protect your property and provide quality work, Prime Gardner is not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Client negligence or failure to follow aftercare instructions

Acts of nature (storms, floods, etc.) that affect our work or its outcome

10. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with an effective date.
