1. Eligibility

To rent a vehicle, you must:

Be at least the minimum legal driving age required in your location.
Hold a valid driver's license.
Provide valid identification and payment information.
Meet any additional rental requirements specified at the time of booking.

2. Reservations & Bookings

All reservations are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation. While we strive to honor every booking, we reserve the right to substitute a comparable vehicle if your selected model becomes unavailable.

3. Rental Period

The rental period begins at the agreed pickup time and ends upon the vehicle's return. Extensions must be requested and approved before the scheduled return time.

4. Payments

Rental charges must be paid according to the agreed booking terms. Additional charges may apply for:

Late returns
Additional mileage
Fuel replacement
Traffic violations
Vehicle damage
Optional services or upgrades

5. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required before vehicle collection. The deposit will be returned after the vehicle has been inspected and any outstanding charges have been settled.

6. Vehicle Use

The rented vehicle must only be used for lawful purposes. Customers agree not to:

Allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle.
Use the vehicle for racing, towing, or off-road driving unless permitted.
Operate the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Transport illegal goods or engage in unlawful activities.

7. Vehicle Condition

Customers are responsible for returning the vehicle in substantially the same condition in which it was received, excluding normal wear and tear. Any new damage may result in repair charges.

8. Fuel Policy

Vehicles should be returned with the agreed fuel level. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel than required, refueling charges may apply.

9. Accidents & Breakdowns

In the event of an accident, theft, or mechanical issue, customers must notify us immediately and follow all applicable legal reporting requirements. Unauthorized repairs should not be made without prior approval.

10. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the reservation. Eligible refunds will be processed according to the cancellation terms provided at the time of booking.

11. Insurance

Standard insurance coverage may be included with your rental. Customers are responsible for understanding the coverage provided and may choose additional protection plans where available.

12. Limitation of Liability

Exotic Cars Rental shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our vehicles or services, except where required by applicable law.

13. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used only for providing rental services, customer support, legal compliance, and service improvements.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on our website.
